For bareboat charter, 2 persons must hold
an official sailing license. |
| Insurance - Guarantee deposit |
|
All sailboats are insured. A fully
refundable guarantee deposit is required to cover the deductible of the
insurance. |
| Charges |
|
Fuel, water, cooking gas, provisions,
skipper's meals, port or marina fees and other extras are on charterer's
account. Sailboats are delivered with full tanks. |
| Charter agreement |
|
The official Charter Agreement, approved by
Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT) and the Ministry of Merchant
Marine applies. |
| Seaworthiness - Safety |
|
All sailboats are inspected annually by the
Ministry of Merchant Marine and the Greek Register of Shipping. They
comply with all navigation and safety rules of their category. |
| Inventory - equipment |
|
The equipment of the sailboats consists of
navigation, safety, linen, cooking and other means, according to an
inventory list, and is checked and demonstrated during check-in. |
| Condition of the boat |
|
The sailboats are delivered cleaned and in
good working condition. |
